Every piece of jewelry is crafted and inspected with the utmost care. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges for store credit only. Please review the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be accepted.
- Custom, engraved, or special-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@lustradiamonds.com to request a Return Authorization.
- Once approved, ship the item back using the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend insured, trackable shipping for all returns. Lustra Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Store Credit
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card or account credit.
- Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value (any difference in price must be paid by the customer).
- Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Engraved or altered items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7days of delivery.
